How to upload lessons

Before you can upload a lesson, you have to first add a topic.

How to add a topic

A topic is basically a section under which you can upload lessons and quizzes. To do so, click on the add new topic button in the course builder:

There, you will need to fill in a summary for that topic to make it easier for students to understand what they are going to learn in that topic:

How to add a lesson

Once you have created a topic, you can now begin adding your lessons:

Now you can proceed to add the details of the lesson. Please make sure that you fill all fields.

How to create a quiz

Similarly to a lesson, you can add quizzes to a topic that you have created:

Then you can add the title and the description of the quiz then click on Save & Next:

Once you’re in the questions tab, click on the add question button to begin adding your questions:

Now you have to write down the question, then you have to choose the question type from the list of options available:

Afterwards, you have to set the properties of the question. The randomize button determines whether the answers will be randomized every time the question is displayed or not. Moreover, we recommend keeping the display points switched on.

Then you can proceed to add the first answer to the question and an image where applicable, then click on Save Answer:

Then you can add other answering options, which is going to be necessary for questions where there are multiple choices for the student.

Now you can choose which answer is the correct answer among the options:

In order to edit the answers click on the edit icon that is shaped like a pencil:

Once the question and its answers are ready click on Save & Continue:

You can now proceed to add as many questions as you wish to make sure that the student has fully grasped the lessons that they are supposed to learn from the topic by clicking on Add Question again and repeating the same steps. We recommend using different types of questions to ensure the students have fully understood the concepts.

Once you are done with adding questions, click on Next to proceed to the quiz’s settings tab:

We recommend that you set the allowed attempts to 0 to allow students to repeat the quiz as many times as they like.

You can now head over to the Advanced Options:

In the advanced options tab you can make further adjustments to the quiz’s settings.

We also recommend that Auto Start be switched off in case the quiz is timed.

Once you are done, click on Save and Exit the quiz builder by clicking on the closing icon located in the top right corner of the pop up window:
