This Refunds Policy describes the system followed by our Platform for refunds in case you are dissatisfied with our learning content. Any capitalized words that are not explained in this section have already been explained in Our Terms of Use and Our Privacy Policy.

Live Classes

Due to the nature of live classes, we are unable to refund students for classes that have already been conducted. However, should you find that a live class that you have attended is unsatisfactory for any reason or should you have any comments or suggestions, please provide us with your feedback using our contact form.

In case you were unable to attend an already booked live class for whatever reason, we offer you the chance to get a full refund as long as you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the class. In order to claim your refunded credits, please contact us using our contact form. Should you cancel the class less than 48 hours before it commences, we will be unable to refund you as we have an obligation to protect our instructors’ time and effort.

Purchased Courses

We offer a 30 day period to request a refund for purchased courses should you feel unsatisfied with the result.

In order to request a refund, we require that you finish at least 5% of the course before applying for a refund. If you have completed 5% of the course and you feel like you are unsatisfied with the course, please contact us with the invoice number and a detailed explanation of the reason why you are unsatisfied with the course.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.

Issuance of the Refund

The refund will be issued as a coupon that is valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance. The coupon can be used to purchase any courses or live classes on bab.co.
